ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT-PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

A full service commercial real estate and property management company. Our company is looking for a administrative assistant to provide assistance to a property manager team. The candidate should have strong professional customer service background as well as good communication skills. Reliable transportation as well as exceptional typing skills, computer skills and good organizational skills. Property management 1 year experience perferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answering multiple phone lines.

Accounts Payable-Accounts Recievable.

Vendor- Contractor Management.

Assistant with tenant move in and move outs.

Assist with budget preparations.

Help solve tenant issues/ request.
