Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee travel arrangements, expense reports, and calendar management for a team of 8-10 consultants.
• Facilitate effective communication with clients and address their needs.
• Organize and coordinate meetings and events, handling logistics like venue and catering.
• Assist in client projects by preparing proposals, presentation, and managing invoicing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems and support project success.
• Undertake special projects with tight deadlines.
• Provide front desk coverage, including phone answering, visitor greeting, and mail management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
• Proficiency in office software and MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, professional, and dependable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a corporate or business professional setting is advantageous.
