• Ability to meet required time lines and prioritize duties to meet those time lines.
• Ability to process applications, register and review for completion
• Ability to learn specific computer programs specific to ACCES-VR
Seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform the following duties in a fast-paced office environment.
• Use Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other platforms for providing virtual services.
• Managing multiple tasks
• Handling folders physically (lifting and placing them in file cabinets)
• Filing (both physical filing and electronic records filing)
• Data entry
• Emailing, scanning and faxing duties
• Reception desk coverage
• Processing mail
• Corresponding with and answering customer questions
