Administrative Assistant Role - 6-month contract with a flagship company in the greater Pittsburgh area
The role would work 4 days onsite (in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh) and 1 day remotely and offers a competitive hourly rate and health benefits day 1. It has the potential to extend or convert to full time.
Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities include:
- Schedules appointments;
- Prepares expense reports;
- Opens, sorts, prioritizes, and forwards mail.
- Makes travel arrangements, prepare seminar/conference registrations.
- Prepares materials needed by management for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, telephone calls, etc.
Uses various PC software packages, including:
- Microsoft Office family of products for spreadsheets, word processing, graphics, etc., to produce high quality reports, presentations, or other documents.
