Local social services organization in search of an Administrative Assistant to join their procurement department. Searching for an individual with 2+ years of administrative experience and excellent organizational skills. This company offers comprehensive benefits and room for growth from within.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule meetings, create agendas, and record meeting minutes

- Edit and proofread documents and reports

- Distribute procurement documentation to bidders and vendors

- Scan and index documents

- Serve as collection person for bids and proposals

Requirements:

- 2+ years of administrative assistant experience

- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency including Excel

- High attention to detail and organizational skills

- High School Diploma or GED required
