- Manage the mail including, but not limited to, receiving, sorting, and sending any mail.
- Attend meetings with management and take notes and follow up on to-do items.
- Manage company administrative email account and reply when necessary.
- Order office supplies when necessary.
- Assist with HR tasks.
- Book travel arrangements when necessary.
- Draft written correspondence to vendors, employees, or clients.
- Be the first point of contact for new hires and assist with first day tasks.
- At least 2+ years in a customer service role, preferably an administrative position.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
