Description:
This position reports directly to the office manager of EMMEGI Heat Exchangers, Inc. The primary scope of activity is to assist the office manager with the following: Receiving goods / materials, Processing customer orders, Creating Labels for manufactured units, Creating Packing Slips, UPS / Freight Shipments, Customer Invoicing, Filling, and answering of phones. Additional duties would be to learn bookkeeping and recording of entries for international forms. All of these items require attention to detail and the ability to follow instruction.
Skills:
This position requires a dedicated, hard-working individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to tackle a wide range of responsibilities. Must be energetic and a fast learner, with the ability to function efficiently in multi-tasking situations. Additional tasks can be given if the individual has a willingness to learn.
