We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, maintaining records, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Assist with office supply inventory and orders.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
