About the Job
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in a beautiful New York office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys supporting high-level executives.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage extensive calendar coordination, including scheduling in-person and virtual meetings, conference calls, and appointments across multiple time zones for a Senior Partner.
- Prepare agendas, register and greet guests, arrange catering services, and ensure seamless meeting coordination.
- Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Handle expense reimbursement processes efficiently.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires.
- Act as a liaison between the Senior Partner and internal/external parties, ensuring effective communication.
- Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for the Senior Partner.
- Provide administrative support, such as printing, photocopying, and other ad-hoc projects as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, with a strong preference for finance industry experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Professional and positive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a team player mentality.

- Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
