Pay : $20/hour -$ 25.00/hour

Job Title : Administrative Assistant
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the experience that you will bring with you to this busy position, will include:
- Calendar management for Director of Operations: managing and maintaining the calendar, scheduling appointments for both internal and external customers, making travel arrangements etc.
- Support of the Director and management team: directing correspondence, preparing a variety of report using various media, editing and finalizing presentations etc.
- Coordinating meetings including arranging logistics, coordinating rooms and other resources.
- Conduct research to prepare/compile reports and summaries, as needed.
- Work closely with other administrative and support staff.
- Work with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- A minimum of five (5) years of progressive administrative/office experience is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills, as well as strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment with interruptions.
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Ability to be flexible within an environment of competing priorities; and a sense of humor.
