Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duties:
- Managing and organizing office files, documents, and records
- Monitor and ensure deadlines on licensure, insurances and other business related activities
- Coordinating appointments, meetings, and conference calls
- Running errands
- Assisting with travel arrangements and calendar meeting preparation
- Providing administrative support for various projects and initiatives

Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
Experience:
Previous bookkeeping experience and/or real estate experience a plus
Pay is commensurate with experience.
