Administrative Assistant - Rubin Lublin LLC

Opportunity in Peachtree Corners, GA for a highly motivated self-starter committed to assisting the team with a multitude of responsibilities. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator.? Strong Customer Service skills and strong computer literacy with a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and various software applications are a must.? This is a fully on site 5-day a week position. Salary $40,000 - $45,000.

Job Duties include:

• Set up files in case management systems
• Profiles scans into applicable document management systems
• Process and distribute all incoming mail (including scanning and profiling)
• Assist paralegals as needed
• Send original documents/files off-site upon file closure
• Order supplies for the department
• Maintain Library and order new copies/editions as needed
• Maintain department staff important Information documentation
• Maintain File Room and make physical files as needed
• Perform quality control check on outgoing mail
• Assist team with saving cost backups
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 product
• Experience working with SharePoint is a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task proficiently and effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Team player willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• Knowledgeable of providing excellent customer service
