Job Description
We're currently seeking a part-time General Administrator primarily responsible for phone-based tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in communication and phone etiquette, capable of making 50 to 100 outbound calls daily to clients. Please note, this role focuses on client outreach and does not involve scheduling internal meetings with staff. There are some sales aspects to the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 50 to 100 outbound calls daily to clients.
- Schedule appointments with clients and prospects.
- Develop strong communication and rapport-building skills to engage gatekeepers and secure meetings.
- Utilize provided scripts and adapt communication style as necessary.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as entering expenses and dispatching promotional items/gifts.
Qualifications:
- Experience in general administration preferred.
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Ability to pivot and adapt during conversations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
