Position Overview:

Dayton Granger is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help organize and manage work orders at our Fort Lauderdale location. In this role, you will scan and digitize documents, keep electronic records organized, and work with different departments to ensure all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, computer-savvy, and has experience in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on accurately scanning, digitizing, and organizing a high volume of work orders into the company's electronic
• recordkeeping system, ensuring seamless documentation and easy retrieval.
• Maintain organized and accurate electronic files to support efficient workflow and compliance
•  Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate documentation
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management 
• Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be computer-savvy and able to learn new software independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Familiarity with manufacturing workflows and documentation
• Familiarity with aerospace or highly regulated industries 
• Associate's Degree
