Administrative Assistant Part-time:

Shift/Hours:  Monday - Friday (15-20 hrs/wk - variable schedule)

Pay Rate : $20/hr.

Location:  Denver, CO 80203

Experience:  Minimum 1 year clerical/admin experience required.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

• Pick up and distribute mail and packages.
• Maintain email inbox.
• Printing and copying.
• Maintain agency spreadsheets including outreach and resource lists.
• Maintain confidentiality of agency and employee information.
• Answer phones and direct callers to appropriate agency members.
• Schedule and set up agency meetings, including making room reservations and setting up equipment and refreshments.
• Transcribe meeting minutes.
• Manage staff travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and registrations.
• Maintain agency calendars.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Administrative Services.

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Adobe programs.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
