The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone communications, demonstrating excellent communication skills, performing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will perform clerical and administrative functions to help contribute to company success
- The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a skilled problem solver and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Greet visitors and clients; record in sign-in book
- Responsible for office supplies inventory
- Attendance at internal meetings when appropriate
- Prepping, editing, and proofing documents
- Answer telephone calls
- Oversee general office needs
- Draft correspondences and other formal and informal documents
- Work with the Promotional Review Committee Coordinator to organize, prioritize, and disseminate drafted materials and meeting agendas in preparation for the PRC meeting
- Assist PRC Coordinator for tracking the approval/expiration dates for all materials, as applicable
- Perform other administrative projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2-5 years previous experience
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and excel
- Business acumen a must
- Capacity to follow complex instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
