Looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a busy property real estate management group. The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations and ensure seamless work flow.
Requirements:
- Prefer candidates with 2+ years related Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant experience
- Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Exceptional customer services skills
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bilingual Spanish required
