Administrative Assistant Position

We have an Administrative Assistant Position that we are hiring for now!
This position would be assisting with administrative duties. It will be the first point of contact, maintaining files, answering phones, schedule appointments and assisting the Vice President.

The schedule would be full time Tuesday through Saturday. (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)

Answering Phones
Greeting Customers
Filing
Scheduling Appointments
Assist VP

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
Must have great experience with Word, Excel and Publisher
Data Entry Skills

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
