Schedule: Monday to Friday during Core Business Hours, from 8 am to 5 pm. Full-time position based in our client's office in downtown Orlando.
Compensation: Competitive pay ranging from $20 to $22 per hour (experience-dependent).

- Demonstrated experience of 1-2 years in Administrative Assistant roles.
Role Overview:
In this pivotal role of Administrative Assistant you will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency of our client's office operations.
Your duties will encompass:
a. Mail Management: Handling all incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and sending correspondence.
b. Office Supplies: Responsible for ordering, restocking, and organizing office supplies to ensure seamless daily functions.
c. File Maintenance: Organizing and managing files across departments for easy retrieval of essential documents.
d. Errands Support: Occasionally running errands to aid in office tasks.
e. Office Equipment Management: Oversight of office equipment to ensure optimal performance.
f. Miscellaneous Tasks: Assisting with various administrative duties and projects as required.
