Job Summary



Summary: Responsible for administrative and operational support of Leadership Team.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



+ Answer calls, emails, and other communication in a friendly, professional, and responsive manner.


+ Use high-level discretion and professionalism when handling confidential or highly sensitive information related to the company, vendors, customers, and/or fellow team members.


+ Produce stand-sheet folders for Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) as needed.


+ Assist with or manage event-day check-in process for NPOs, hourly and agency/contract associates.


+ Print: Menus, Line Employee IDs/Badges.


+ Run and distribute daily reports for events as needed.


+ Validate schedules are uploaded correctly in MyStaff.


+ Call Service for office and operations equipment as needed.


+ Take notes during leadership team meetings.


+ Assist leadership team as needed.


+ Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers at all levels of the business.


+ Attend company, vendor, and partner meetings as needed.


+ Perform work safely, and foster a safe, clean work environment.


+ Performs other duties as assigned.
