About the Job
Manage front desk and provide administrative and general administrative support for all staff and all departments.
• Responsible for receptionist duties, covering their assigned work desk to ensure that all visitors are greeted, checked in and assisted.
• Answer office corporate /main line telephone, transfer calls, take detailed messages and relay messages.
• Report to Business Services | Manager of Administration and support with assigned projects and SLT support requests.
• Place lunch orders for office meetings or in-house events, as needed using the Business Meal Ordering Process.
• Notarize company documents and keep track of all notarized documents for auditing.
