BAE Systems is seeking an Administrative Assistant in our Nashua, NH location.

In this job, you will:
+ Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources.
+ Compile, review and analyze data.
+ Use software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
+ Design processes to enhance workflow.
+ Provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ 5 years of administrative office experience.
+ Be detail-oriented with meticulous record-keeping skills.
+ Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
+ Prior experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
+ Possess interpersonal skills involving coordinating with employees and customers.
+ Be able to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $46090 - $73700
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
