Job Summary:

Provides administrative support in the handling of legal and corporate matters. In addition to typing correspondence and scheduling and coordinating meetings, the assistant will also work on special projects. Will also work with highly confidential and sensitive information.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate documents and correspondence, including letters, reports, emails and presentations.
• Proofreads for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes. Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Works on litigation projects to track filings, deadlines and deliverables.
• Creates, designs and edits Excel spreadsheets.
• Filing and organization; retrieves information from files when needed and files documents.
• Create and submit expense reports.
• Schedules and organizes meetings and prepares material for meetings.
• Acts as a liaison with other departments and leadership team.
• Handles confidential and non-routine information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as an administrative assistant.
• Proficient in MS Office Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofreading materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks and demands.
• Ability to be collaborative.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed for the job:

• Some college course work preferred.

• Majority of time spent on PC (Phys. Req.)
