About the Job
The Garrett Group (TGG) is looking for an Administrative Assistant in support of a USSTRATCOM NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) mission support contract with an anticipated start date of 01 Dec 2022. Duties include:
- Support all aspects of Systems Engineering and Authorities (SEA) Board and SEA Board Steering Committee (SBSC) engagements, to facilitate and host information exchanges (triennially, monthly) via in-person and virtually, documenting, writing reports
- Support the SEA Board Secretariat in the triannual SEA Board meetings and SBSC Secretariat in the bi-monthly SBSC meetings to include meeting scheduling, inputs to meeting agendas, tracking and maintaining the status for action items, participation/presentation of briefings as required and preparation of meeting minutes for government's review within 2 weeks from meeting, prior to publication
- Support the Secretariats in the SEA Board and SEA Board Steering Committee meetings, including content development, event coordination, sending all electronic communication needed for the event and event facilitation
- Facilitate and coordinate with key NC3/NLCC stakeholders (NC3, STRATCOM, COCOMs, etc.) to enable the production of documents and associated briefings
Position Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience managing organizational support: execution, and documentation of community forums, In Progress Reviews, O- 6/Flag Officer engagements, and Combatant Commander-level reviews.
- Demonstrate knowledge and performance of tasks necessary to maintain daily calendars, travel schedules; setting up, coordinating, managing, and documenting meetings; correspondence, and office management; and scheduling distinguished visitor visits through protocol and senior staff.
TS/SCI Clearance will be required.
