Administrative Assistant of Operations - Nature's Medicine (Globe)

The Operations Admin. at J Brothers Investments LLC will support the administrative needs of the Uxbridge Grow Facility. This position requires a candidate who is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and maintaining compliance with company policies and state cannabis regulations. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality and integrity in managing employee records and information. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the coordination of recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a positive and informative experience. 
• Coordinate orientation sessions, process new hire paperwork, and assist in creating a welcoming onboarding environment. 
• Ensure ongoing compliance with annual trainings, record-keeping requirements and data confidentiality. 
• Maintain background screening and state badging renewal process. 
• Perform weekly, monthly, and annual audits to ensure key supplies are available and maintained. 
• Draft correspondence and documents for regulatory bodies including but not limited to state cannabis regulators and OSHA. 
• Assist with purchasing and receiving to ensure maintenance of items critical to general operations. 
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including coordinating team-building activities and recognition programs. 
• Gather feedback and assist in implementing initiatives to enhance the employee experience. 

 Education & Qualifications: 

• High school degree or equivalent. 
• 1-3 years administrative experience preferred. 
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
