PrideStaff has an immediate position in Oceanside for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a fun and fast paced company
typing speed of at least 50wpm, they need to be proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Word, they need to be able to handle a very fast-paced office and be extremely organized.
The position will be full-time, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with an hour for lunch.Duties include, but are not limited to:
? Answering phones (4 lines)
? Typing emails dictated by the President of company
? Typing up Inspection Reports, Service Estimates and Job Tickets
? Scanning of vendor invoices into the Network (FileShare)
? Organizing scanned files (Data Entry)
? Greet customers and vendors.
? File vendor invoices
? Make sure all emails are printed and in customer’s folders
? Research and order office supplies
? Set up vehicle folders of newly purchased cars
? Organize vehicle folders of cars sold or service/restoration cars which are complete
? Purge vendor folders at end of year and set up new ones for new year.
The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities and skills:
? Ability to work and multitask in a very fast-paced atmosphere.
? Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills
? Ability to work with strong and dynamic personalities.
? Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Outlook).
? Good written and verbal communication skills.
? Personable and professional demeanor.
? Organized and detail-oriented.
? Previous experience in an administrative position.
? Previous experience in the automotive sales and/or service industry would be a plus.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $21.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
