Administrative Assistant, Nursing Resource, Per Diem, MMC - Atlantic Health System

Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation for the administrative duties for the Nursing Resource office. Effectively communicates via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.


Principal Accountabilities:

1. Provide administrative support to the Administrative Managers overnight on weekdays and weekends by scheduling and rescheduling PST's as the hospital's needs and acuity change.

2. Answer phones, filing, and maintain Excel spreadsheets.
