Administrative Assistant - aSure Wound Solutions

Health care supply company in North Miami is seeking an entry level administrative assistant.  This is an in-office position, not virtual.  Must be able to commute daily to North Miami.

Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm 

Pay: $15 - $18 / hr based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

Scanning and emailing paperwork

Scanning and uploading checks and backup documentation for bank deposits

Packing and shipping

QuickBooks data entry

Filing

Other administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

Basic computer, email, and internet experience

MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams

Data entry

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to sit for an extended time in front of a computer
