Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant
compensation: 17-20 per hour DOE
employment type: full-time
Our Client is Seeking an organized individual with strong customer service skills. Previous experience in an high paced office environment is helpful. Must be comfortable with Microsoft word, excel and the willingness to learn industry specific software.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma, 1-2 Years Office/Customer service
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls / work while paying attention to detail.
- Be comfortable in a demanding roll
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Seasonal overtime required ( Evenings and Weekends when needed)
- Ability to develop and maintain good rapport with ALL other staff.
- Pleasant and attentive phone skills
- You will be part of an on-call rotation every 4-5 weeks to answer after-hour calls.
Experience in the following preferred:
-Mitigation, Construction, Skilled Trades
-Insurance knowledge
-Handling service calls or working for service company
-Knowledge of home improvement and/or construction
