Administrative Assistant - Victory World Church, Inc.

The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant is to support the Elementary Ministry Director with daily administrative and ministry tasks as needed.

You are part one of one team taking ownership and responsibility for the care and keeping of this house. You stay willing and eager to serve in big and small ways, from welcoming guests to picking up trash. 

• Assist with the coordination and implementation of ministry operations.
• Assist the ministry team with oversight of weekend services.
• Update and maintain elementary ministry information in the Arena Database.
• Prepare elementary curriculum material(s)for weekend services.
• Manage and maintain first-time visitor communication (i.e. post cards).
• Process and file forms (Ministry Count, Accident Reports, Service Reports, etc.).
• Manage and maintain department credit card reconciliation.
• Manage and maintain all aspects of ECM Resource Room.
• Assist with ministry set-up and breakdown for Victory Kids services.
• Attend monthly or quarterly with Executive Director of Children’s Ministry.
• Assist with content creation and posting on social media platforms.
• Assist with anything themed related for the ministry.
• Flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to move, bend and lift 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation required
• Previous similar ministry experience preferred
• Flexible schedule (available on weekends and evenings
• Knowledge of both Mac environment & Microsoft Office 365 suite
• Knowledge of Planning Center Online preferred
• Experience with database software preferred
