Administrative Assistant at Beacon Hill

Our client, a housing nonprofit organization in the Boston area, is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant. This role is running for the next 6 months plus and consists of classic administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry tasks. This role is onsite in Boston and is compensating $20 an hour. The hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday!

Responsibilities:

• Filing
• Scanning
• Data Entry of information
• EXCEL work
• Mail merge projects in MS Word
• Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Someone who is proactive and eager to work
• Communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Administrative experience
