- Provide general administrative support to different departments as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office systems (physical and digital).
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, vendors, and team members.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation as needed.
- Support HR functions, such as scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and assisting with onboarding processes.
- Assist with event coordination, including meetings, team events, and conferences.
- Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other common office software.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary
19 - 25 /hour
