Administrative Design Assistant

Pay: $50,000-$55,000

Location: Manhattan (5 days a week)

Daily Tasks:

• Keep files organized
• Manage assets for the design team
• Keeping tasks organized in ASANA
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Improve efficiency
• Take meeting minuets
• Internal team communication
• Manage team priorities
• Use QuickBase for Image management
• Manage on-boarding documents
• Manage presentation boards
• Manage PowerPoint presentations

Required Skills:

• Organization
• MS Office (Excel)
• MAC
• Google Sheets
• ADOBE (Illustrator) basic knowledge
• Communication written and verbal
• Time management
• Problem solving
• Attention to detail
• Familiarity with PLM Systems
