About the Role:
Are you an organized and enthusiastic individual looking to support our passionate team? We're seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. As a key member of our team, you'll help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to our mission-driven work.
What You'll Do:
Assist in managing emails, communications, and calendars for our COO and CFO.
Coordinate meetings and help with travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with our travel policies.
Prepare reports and update databases to keep our operations running smoothly.
Collaborate with various departments to support administrative needs across the organization.
What We're Looking For:
Must-Have Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably as an Executive Assistant.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
Experience in making and managing travel arrangements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in managing executive calendars.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 19.00 Per Hour
