About the Job
Our client, a leading financial services firm in Midtown, Manhattan, is seeking a long-term temp to provide administrative support for a team of around 10 analyst-level professionals in their infrastructure business. This person will primarily be assisting with booking travel and reconciling expenses. This role starts ASAP with an open-ended temp contract (the role isn't going away). This role is 5 days/week in the office. The hours are 9am-5pm (with limited OT as needed). Hourly pay rate is up to $35/hr DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Booking travel
- Processing expenses in Concur (complete reports)
- Calendar management (ie. receiving inbound request from other admins on availability).
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience out of professional services
- Must have proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly Outlook)
- Concur experience strongly preferred
- Coupa experience preferred
- Experience booking travel & reconciling expenses
- Strong attention to detail
- Administrative experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- This person should have a can-do approach! They should be highly communicative, resolution-focused, with a collaborative mind-set.
