About the Job
Our client, an equity management firm, is seeking a Temp to Perm Administrative Assistant to support the finance, compliance, and legal team in New Jersey. Hours are from 8:30am - 5pm with 30 mins lunch. Position is hybrid, Mondays and Fridays remote, Tuesday - Thursday onsite. Temp duration is approximately three months before conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with administering and monitoring finance and compliance policies and procedures
- Prepare finance and compliance reports for clients; monthly and quarterly
- Reconcile corporate credit cards with matching invoices and receipts
- Maintain list of deliverables from department to clients and service providers
- Assist in preparation of quarterly client invoices via QuickBooks
- Provide phone support through answering and triaging calls; back up receptionist as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Financial sector is ideal
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, namely Excel
Compensation/Benefits:
- $70K - $80K perm base plus overtime and bonus. Temp rate in line
