Client Overview:
Our client, a fast-paced, dynamic team at a well-established wellness company! They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-perm role. Salary/Hourly Rate:
$30 – $35/hr
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will support 3-4 executives by managing schedules, organizing events, handling vendor relations, and performing data-heavy tasks using Excel. This is an excellent opportunity for a Administrative Assistant with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to be part of a high-energy, collaborative team.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Executive Support: Manage calendars, organize meetings, lunches, and events
- Excel Expertise: Heavy use for reporting, formatting, and data manipulation
- Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage vendor relations and assist with event planning
- Office Support: Handle general office duties and provide additional assistance as needed
- Documentation: Ensure reports and documentation are accurate and formatted correctly
- Multitasking: Prioritize tasks to keep the executive team organized and efficient
- Team Collaboration: Be a flexible team player, willing to take on various roles as required
Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:
- Proven experience supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (medium to advanced skills required)
- At least 2+ years of professional administrative experience
- Experience with calendar management (preferably in Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain organized and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Comfortable with a hybrid work schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or higher is preferred but is not required
