Administrative Assistant at GACE Consulting Engineers DPC

Job Description:

We are seeking a multi-talented, professional Administrative Assistant who is experienced in overseeing a wide range of office administrative tasks and enjoys the challenges of supporting an office with a diverse and talented staff. The successful applicant is organized, flexible, tech savvy, and can work independently under minimal supervision.

• General diversified administrative support duties.
• Assist in preparing proposals and bid packages.
• Social media and light marketing duties.
• Attend project meetings.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets.
• Manage confidential information and maintain discretion.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a professional services firm.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
• Reliable, with a positive and professional attitude, and the ability to learn quickly.
• Initiative-taker with excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, detail oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
