WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Administrative Assistant is a non-exempt position responsible for providing secretarial and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of work assigned including, but not limited to, the implementation of efficient office procedures in accordance with company policies.
- The Administrative Assistant will process all case-related materials including, but not limited to, program forms, client records and client correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling and updating records of services to clients.
- Responsible for the maintenance of records and staff administrative schedules
- Perform standard receptionist services including answering phones, maintain a message log for staff and greet visitors.
- Assist with community contacts to coordinate services with clients and other personnel.
- The Administrative Assistant will provide quality customer service.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, specifically in Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must participate in at least 5 hours of continuing education/training per year.
- Must complete the required Workforce Professional Certification instituted by the Program Funder and dictated by the Regional Workforce Board within 12 months of employment.
