Administrative Assistant Pay :  $20-24/hour

Administrative Assistant Shift :  8:30AM - 5PM Monday-Thursday, 7:30 - 4:00PM Friday

Administrative Assistant  Job Overview :  Administrative Assistant will work directly with the Manager of the Install department answering phones, writing up service requests and data entry.

Administrative Assistant Job Requirements :

• Minimum of 1 year of administrative, data entry, receptionist type duties
• Some AP experience
• Efficient with word, excel, outlook
• A plus if experience with MAS90 or Sage operating system
• Willing to work 10 hours day/50 hours a week if needed (Monday - Friday)
• Ability to fit into a small office
