Using greater judgement, candidate shall provide administrative support to the NASA organizations executive staff and Administrative Office with office management responsibilities performing duties including but not limited to budgeting, personnel records and payroll required for the efficient day–to–day operational functions and delivery of effective and responsive services to Glenn ResearchCenter (GRC) management officials.

- Copying/Faxing/Graphics Requests/Photo Services

- Desktop Processing
- Correspondence Tracking
- Travel Coordination
- Time and Labor Collection
- Property Coordination
- Move Coordination
- Training Coordination
- Information Services Coordination
- Special Events Coordination
Requirements:
Education Requirements
Administrative Assistant:High School Diploma
Administrative Assistant, Senior: Associates Degree
Required Experience
Administrative Assistant: minimum of 2 years of office experience.
Administrative Assistant, Senior: minimum of 2 years of office experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with NASA agency and or contract preferred with active NASA badge
- Strong communication skills and a high level of customer service
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to clear criminal and drug tests, regularly
