Administrative Assistant - PrideStaff

PrideStaff is seeking a personable Administrative Assistant in the Bonita Springs/Naples area to work at our client's beachside condo community!

Shift/Hours:  Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
Pay Rate:   $23-25hr
Location:  Naples, FL

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate owner information and directories.
• Update address labels, parking spaces, and property listings.
• Assist owners with inquiries and office tasks.
• Handle package deliveries and notify recipients.
• Coordinate and publish notices for meetings.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute summaries.
• Organize and maintain official meeting records.
• Prepare mailings and documents for owner meetings. 

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service and administrative work.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use MS Office / Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to multitask is a must.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills..
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to follow all company policies and procedures.
• Must be able to read and understand English.
