Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Leadership Team and ensuring smooth, efficient operations. Reporting directly to the Human Resource Manager, you’ll handle a variety of tasks, from presentation preparation and data analysis to organizing meetings and events. This is a full-time, 100% onsite position, offering a vibrant and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·Prepare and manage confidential organizational reports and records, ensuring timely follow-up on pending matters and handling sensitive information with discretion.

·Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling tours, lunches, travel, meetings, dinners, and trainings.

·Maintain metric worksheets and generate monthly reports.

·Submit expenses for the CEO using Concur.

·Craft compelling PowerPoint presentations and coordinate bookings for various meetings

·Assist the Contracts Administration team with tasks such as NDA preparation and agreement drafting.

·Serve as a backup for the front desk as needed.

·Plan and support exciting annual company events, such as holiday gatherings, golf outings, and Camp Jorn.

·Manage internal and external correspondence with the ability to act independently.

·Embrace other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Required Qualifications:

·6+ years of experience in an office environment.

·Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

·Highly flexible and proactive, capable of handling urgent, confidential, and complex tasks with changing priorities.

·Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.

·High level of confidentiality, reliability, discretion, quality, and professionalism.

·Effective at interacting with individuals at all organizational levels as well as external contacts, including customers.
