About the Job
Job Description: Hours: M- F, 7 4 (1 hour lunch break) overtime as needed
How will you make an impact?
You will help create and cultivate a collaborative teamwork environment by providing world-class support to the Site Leadership Team (SLT) and General Manager.
" Applies Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility.
" Maintains confidentiality of all aspects of duties related to the company.
" Administrative / reception activities, such as: answer phone, schedule conference rooms, organize customer and vendor visits, arrange lunches, welcome and direct visitors, assist guest with logging into the visitor system and maintain shared and individual calendars.
" Open daily mail and receiving packages.
" Receiving visitor lunches
" Lead and run all new hire onboarding schedules / processes.
" SOP training and the ability to apply the standard operating procedure training.
" Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner.
" Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
How will you get there?
Education
" High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree or business-related field preferred
" 1-2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
" Equivalent combination of education, training and relevant work experience may be considered.
Experience
" Computer skills: Outlook, Teams.
" Must be able to speak, read and write (legibly) in the English language without assistance.
" Ability and experience communicating effectively in a friendly, and professional manner.
" Ability to hold information in strict confidence.
" Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, potential clients, customers, contractors, and the general public.
