An Administrative Assistant is needed for a top-ranking Real Estate Team. With your help, the agent will be able to focus more on selling real estate and less on daily administrative tasks. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a busy real estate agent in all aspects of their business. The successful candidate will have a multifaceted role, combining various administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $65000.00 per year

The successful candidate must have the ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential. The Administrative Assistant should be a self-starter who can work well under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar management
• Familiarity with several programs: Outlook, Brokermint, Slack, Follow-up Boss
• Answering phones, screening, and forwarding calls
• Receiving and sorting mail
• Scheduling appointments
• Electronic database management
• Ordering supplies

• Great written and verbal skills
