We are currently hiring an Entry Level Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Fulltime Monday- Friday flexible schedule $16/HR
Temp to perm
Essential functions and responsibilities:
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, and reordering supplies.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Using computers to generate reports.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School degree.
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach)
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication.
- Should accept criticism and desire to learn and improve
- Strong computer skills. Microsoft Office/Excel
