Job Description:
We are looking for an Admin. Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Sales Manager’s calendar, ensuring all meetings and appointments are scheduled efficiently.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal employees, leaders, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute professional communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Conduct research and compile data to prepare documents for review and presentation.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communications.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
