We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our Midwest team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. What You'll Do
We're looking for someone who understands processes and workflows, knows the impact the smallest details have on the success of an operation and has the expertise to make everything move smoothly and efficiently. Objectives include (but are not limited to):
- Administering the service reporting process in support of our technical field teams and customers
- Providing ongoing inventory management for service parts
- Working with internal teams, vendors and related groups to ensure prompt & efficient distribution of service parts
- Providing ongoing communication and follow up with our customers and internal teams
- Assisting in developing service quotes, administering special projects and other ad-hoc duties as related to the position
- Building deep, positive relationships across all levels within the customer organization

- Excellent time management skills. We are a high-tempo group and multi-tasking is a key element of the job, so we need someone who has elevated time management to an art form.
- Excellent customer service skills. We need someone who not only has fantastic phone etiquette and writing skills, but can always maintain a superior level of professionalism, even in the most demanding circumstances.
- Great computer skills. Being extremely fluent across the entire Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams) is just the beginning. We are looking for someone who either has Salesforce experience or is willing to learn. Someone who can pick up new applications easily and use them in new, value-added ways for the company.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills. No two days are the same in our environments, so we must be creative in how we approach and resolve issues. We expect the successful person in this role will have the right level of experience to be able to look at a problem, quickly determine the best solution and execute it in the most efficient and professional manner possible.
- Office management experience. Being organized, detail-oriented and flexible to changing priorities as well as polished, professional and positive may sound cliché but they are absolute necessities for success here.
- Ability to travel. This position will be supporting our Midwest operations, which currently include Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky, so we'll need someone who is comfortable with occasional overnight travel (1-2 times per quarter) in support of various initiatives.
