About the Job
We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist TEAM of doctors that handle health Insurance Claims medical records review by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, opening the office, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
Candidate must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication.

- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Making follow-up phone calls with providers.
- Requesting Medical records.
- Setting up medical file cases according to procedures.
- Email monitoring.
- Fax monitoring.
- DATA Entry.
- Assist in travel booking, scheduling, communicating with high-level visitors with the utmost professionalism, preparing briefing materials, etc.
- Providing extensive policy and meeting research support to President and Assistant to the President, including daily work in Spanish and English.
- Acting as internal point of contact (as needed) for MAP remote staff and coordinate external communications with meeting participants.
- Maintaining executive contact database.
- Completing administrative and logistical duties as assigned.
- The Assistant will work closely with the management team of the company and provide event assistance and research, logistical and administrative support as needed and irrespective of the program. The Administrative assistant is a unique opportunity to be in direct contact with healthcare providers. The Assistant will be working with a database Excel system, outlook and will therefore be provided with database training.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English preferred. Proficiency in another language is strongly desirable.
- Associate’s Degree in a related field.
- Prior administrative experience.
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing. Excel level 2 minimum is required.
- Attention to detail.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. ENGLISH & SPANISH
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is essential.
- multi-tasking skills; and must be creative, organized, committed, and responsible.
- Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter.
- Experience in database systems preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Contract hourly full time:
- $9.00-$12.00/Hr.
