MUST:
Experienced Administrative Assistant - Member Relations
Must have at least 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience
Must have experience coordinating meetings
Must have membership relation experience
Must have strong Microsoft Office Suites
Must have strong time management skills
Must have project planning experience
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Experience working with a trade association is preferred

DUTIES:
Administrative Assistant - Member Relations will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Assist with daily publication review of member promotions, retirements etc.
Assist with the overall management of daily operations
Coordinating outside speakers, store tours, transportation, restaurant reservations, budget management, and post-meeting statistical analysis and meeting follow-up
Provide administrative, planning, data tracking
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes from weekly membership meetings
Handling all scheduling and activities
S etting up in-person and virtual meetings
Manage invoices
